What are the major differences between the essential and deluxe kit?
The biggest difference between the two kits is that the Deluxe Kit has more shelter items included. There are of course additional items that are also added to the Deluxe Kits which are Essential Kits does not have.
What is the difference between the radios on the essential and deluxe kit?
Crusader One has more features such as portable charger, 4 power options: AAA baatteries & 1 Lithium-Ion battery, hand-crank, solar power, & DC 5V input, has a flashlight & siren feature. Crusader Mini is battery operated with AM/FM/NOAA channels.
What is the shelf-life of the food and water?
All our Food and water have up to a 5-year shelf life (delivered within 1-6 months after the manufacturing date). The food & water will need to be replenished after the expiration date.
Is there room to add other items to the bag?
Our bags have room to add personal items as well. Many people add clothes, a pair of shoes, copies of documents, cash, an extra blanket, meaningful items, or anything they want to have ready-to-go.
What is the weight & dimensions of the backpack?
